Richard H. Wiggins III, MD, CIIP is Director of Imaging Informatics and is Medical Administrator for the Picture Archiving Communication System at the University of Utah. In 2008, the Department of Radiology awarded Dr. Wiggins with the Teacher of the Year Award.
